MAIN PURPOSE:
The Singing trainer has overall responsibility for implementing a professional and detailed Singing Course for youths in Adolescent Health Centre.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Providing Singing module for trainees which cover basic Singing skill
· Preparing trainee's attendance sheet regularly
· Conducting regular Singing course according to the schedule
· Maintain and arrange schedule for singing Course
· Giving support to organize and assist a music event together with young people
· Delivering lesson in interactive methods and building good relationship with trainees while conducting course
· Preparing progress report of trainees include monthly and final report
· Assist information, monitoring and evaluation to singing Course participants
· Other tasks as requested by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
· One Singing trainer (male/female)
· University degree of music art Department, singing school graduate or related discipline
· A minimum of 1 years experience working in similar position
· Excellent skill in singing for theoretically and practice
· Excellent skill in teaching, motivating and managing class
· Good interpersonal skills, including patience, willingness to listen and respect for the students
· Able to make examination and progress report include monthly and final report
· Computer skills in Ms Office (word and excel)
· Excellent Language skill in
GUITAR TRAINER- PART TIME

MITRA Project
The MITRA Training Coordinator/
· Improve and enhance the involvement of Private sectors within the TB Control and Prevention Programs
· Improve capacity of the government health system to works and collaborate with the private sector in implementing and managing DOTS/ISTC, and
· Establish and enhancing participation of all stakeholders in community based DOTS systems for all TB Patients (whether treated by government doctor, private doctor, or factory clinic).
The Training Coordinator/
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Staffing and Staff Development
· Hire Field Officers for MITRA program as provided for in the project organizational chart
· Train and develop Field Officers in technical aspects of DOTS and partnerships (e.g. TB, DOTS, BCC etc) and process implementation skills (such as formative research, training and facilitation, problem solving, CBO/network development, etc) as required by the project.
· Mentor Field Officers in order to improve their abilities in program and staff management
· Complete APA of Field Officers as described by CII's Personnel Policies
Develop, Plan, and Implement effective TB Control and Preventions interventions at the community, Government Health System and Public/Private Sector level
· Play a key role in the design and implementation of capacity building for the private sectors and networking of DOTS/ISTC interventions as mentioned on DOTS strategy which are consistent with the proposal and donor agreements and also support government TB eradication efforts (including, but not limited to extending DOTS, training community observers, capacity building of health center staff, networking with private practitioners, and advocating national standards) in all of the 4 kabupaten/kota covered by the project.
· Play a key role in developing/refining strategies, activities, trainings, and BCC materials, which extend DOTS to the MITRA program's partners and stakeholders and support their efforts to effectively implement DOTS/ISTC in all MITRA Project Areas.
· Set goals, objectives, and work plans for the assigned work area
· Manage/facilitate/
· Set and monitor budgets/expenditure
· Participate in proposal writing when requested
Facilitate the development and capacity building of local government, community based TB organizations (CBOs) including Pos TB, Paguyuban, TB committees, networks, etc; and Private Sector to adapt DOTS/ISTC within TB Control and Prevention Programs
· In cooperation with Program Leader and/or Project Manager to develop and participate as facilitator in workshops and/or training sessions designed to build the capacity of local government, community, CBOs, and other stakeholders, especially with Public – Private Mix, in the implementation of DOTS and structures to support DOTS.

· Evaluate the effectiveness of training methods and approaches
Monitoring and Evaluation
· Working with the Urban Program Manager, Health Team Leader, and Project Manager to design and implement program monitoring systems that collect and report data on outputs, outcomes, and impacts
· Ensure compilation of monitoring data and completion of monthly reports for the Program Manager and data available to the M&E manager so he/she can complete project reports (to donors, government, and/or other stakeholders) on time
· Participate in the design and implementation of annual and semi-annual evaluation and planning workshops
Others
· Any other duties that maybe reasonably assigned by the supervisor.
· Participate in the planning and response and relief activities for any emergency CII response in Banten, or if requested, in other areas of
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum of University graduate (S1 degree), preferable in public health, medical science, behavior, social science, and/or health education back ground – an MPH or Medical Degree would be advantageous
· A minimum of 3 years experience in implementing TB Control and Prevention programs – preferably with experience in an urban setting
· Previous experience in DOTS Programs, with Community and Private – Public Mix sectors are distinct advantages
· Demonstrated ability to achieve results, including team building – could work independently and as team player
· Strong program management skills and demonstrated ability to manage/supervise/
· Able to facilitate the development of community and government groups, particularly urban communities
· Knowledge of the technical aspects of health practices – knowledge of both adult and child TB, DOTS Programs, Public – Private Sector involvements is highly desirable
· Demonstrated ability to relate well and work with respective local government at their level officials (RT, RW, Kelurahan, Kecamatan, Puskesmas, DinKes – District and Provincial, Kabupaten, etc.) and also with Private sectors
· Knowledge and experience in Project Managements are highly desirable
· Strong communication skills
· Able to use computers and MS Windows Applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access)
· Previous workings experiences in an International Organizations are advantageous and previous experience with CARE are distinct advantages.

FIELD OFFICER – MITRA Project
This position will be responsible to the Project Manager, but technically will be supervised by Training Coordinator/
Scope of Works:
Area Coordination:
- Work with in co-operation with Local Government, opinion leaders, religious groups, and community based organizations (CBOs), etc across the target areas, providing information to the community about Tuberculosis, the disease and treatment.
- Organize meetings or events together with the village leaders for the purpose of prevention, early diagnosis, and prompt treatment of Tuberculosis campaign to the community.
- Establish good working relations with the TB team at Puskesmas, Dinas Kesehatan, other CARE project staffs, and community and other organizations within the targeted areas
- Monitor and evaluate project activities in community level, in coordination with Puskesmas team
Area Facilitation:
- Facilitate activities in order to increase capacity of local volunteers and community groups in implementing TB control activities
- Facilitate transfer of information, knowledge and practice to key partners in the community, such as Community Based Organizations, Faith Based Organizations, Informal Community Leaders, Ministry of Health Staff at the respective level, Community based treatment observers (PMOs)/Supervisors, TB patients, and etc.
- Provide timely and accurate progress reports for the supervisor and other partners as appropriate
QUALIFICATIONS:
- S1 or D3 Degree, medical/health background is preferable
- Working experience with TB programs will be distinct advantage
- Strong communication and facilitating skills
- Able to facilitate and develop community groups
- Able to relate well and work with local government officials (RT, RW, Kelurahan/Desa, Kecamatan, etc.)
- Willing to learn the technical aspects of TB diagnosis and treatment
- Able to work within team and also independently
- Previous experience with local or international NGOs in behavior change communication activities would be an advantage
- Able to use computers and MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
- Able to drive a motorcycle and hold a valid driver license
