SERVICE MANAGER (2 positions)
1. For Incident Management; -Have knowledge in Service Management: ITIL certification or experience in service organization handling incident management for at least 2 years. - Able to lead large numbers of service engineers (more than 20).
2. For Service Level Management; - Have knowledge in Service Management: ITIL certification or experience in service organization handling incident management for at least 2 years. - Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with multiple customer level. - Having some background in business and commerce is advantageous.
PROJECT MANAGER; - Have knowledge in Project Management: PMP certification or experience in IT project management for at least 3 years. - Have experience in handling large scale project all over Indonesia especially in Telco industry. - Strong leadership and good interpersonal skill.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Graduated from reputable university with GPA > 3.0 (S2 preferred) from IT or related field.
2. Fluent in English
3. Good understanding in networking technology.
4. Min. 2 years management experience.
