HUMAN RESOURCES & GENERAL AFFAIRS MANAGER

Qualifications :
1. University graduate, preferably from HR Management, Psychology, or Law
2. More than 5 (five) years experience in Human Resources function with minimum 2 (two) years
in managerial level or Senior Supervisor
3. Have strong understanding of HR planning / strategy, industrial relationship, recruitment &
selection, as well as training & development
4. Firm in implementing company regulation
5. A team player who has strong conceptual / analytical skill and good communication skills
6. Good sound managerial skills required to have the ability in meeting TMT standard Manager's
competencies level
7. Good computer literacy and fluent in both spoken and writing English
SERVICE MANAGER
Qualifications :
1. Minimum S1 degree, preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering
2. Having minimum 5 years in heavy duty truck / heavy equipment industries with strong experience in technical problem solving.
3. Self motivated & independent individual, willing to travel extensively to remote sites.
4. Computer literate and proficient in English ( oral & written ) is essential.
