ASSISTANT MANAGER HRD
Requirement:
* Bachelor degree majoring in Law/Management/ Psychology from reputable university
* Have minimum 5 years experience in HR fields
* Expert in Personnel and Manpower Laws
* Have knowledge in government labor regulation, specially about expatriate worker
* Have experience in dealing with expatriate
* Expert in HR Management process: Recruitment, Industrial Relationship, Compensation & Benefit.
* Have good communication and interpersonal skills
* Hard worker, self motivated, fast learner, and highly initiative
* Strong sense of responsibilities, able to perform multi tasks to meet tight schedule
* Able to work independently and also in a team
* Computer literate
* Mush have fluent in English, both oral and written
