Employee Relations Manager
Report to Country HR Manager, this position will be responsible for:
· To manage all industrial, government and community relations in order to prevent & avoid the negative impact of business interruption as impact of labor and community issues.
· To ensure all business practices in line with good corporate governance principle
· To establish a guarantee service to internal and external customers through a defined standard operating procedure as a part of team work for winning business opportunities.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree in Law
· 5 years of experience in the employee/industrial relation roles
· Strong knowledge of Manpower regulation and Human Resources function
· Proven leadership, team work, self discipline and good communication skills
· Willing to travel (Site Warehouse)
· Fluent in English and familiar with MS Office
