Project Manager (PM)
Requirements:
University degree in engineering preferably Civil EngineeringMinimum of 5 years experience on projects, this in the function of; site manager, engineering manager, construction manager or project manager from consultant of construction managementFluent in oral & accurate in written English (Min. Passive)Min. 35 years oldGood understanding have; cost control, quality systems, contract administration and safetyIT knowledge of; MS Office, Power Point, AutoCAD, MS Project and Primavera as a minimumHave a PMP (Professional Project Management) certificate would be an advantageDynamic person with high level of self-motivation and self-confidenceLeadership/Manageme nt competencies to manage and lead a teamGood level of judgment and problem analysis skills for technical as well interpersonal matters (soft skills)Pro-active person and having technical as well managerial and commercial capabilityAn attractive remuneration will be offered to the qualified candidate.
